Returns and refunds
We really hope you love your Beige Bear order as much as we do.
However, if for any reason you need to return something, we offer a 14-day return policy — meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- In their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags still attached and in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Carefully packaged to avoid damage during return shipping
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping hold of your tracking number and proof of postage.
To start a return:
Please email us at hello@beigebearkidswear.co.uk with your full name and order number.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us straight away so we can put it right.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for any customised or sale items.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Please allow extra time for your bank to process it.)

EU customers:
If you’re in the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, where you can cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must still meet the conditions above (unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
