Pre-Orders FAQ

A pre-order means you can reserve your favourite Beige Bear pieces before they’re ready to ship. As this is our very first launch - a soft little beginning for our small, family-run business - we’re gathering everything in small, thoughtful batches. Pre-ordering helps us offer more styles and sizes, while keeping everything at a pace that works for us (and gives you beautiful pieces to look forward to).

Our current pre-order window runs from 27 June to 4 July.

Orders placed during this pre-order window will ship the week commencing 21 July.

We’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. As a small family-run business, we don’t give an exact day - but everything will be sent during week commencing 21 July.

Pre-orders help us keep things small and considered - giving us the time and space to prepare each collection carefully, and to pack every order with care. It also means we can offer a wider choice of pieces, without the need for large stock rooms or rushed timelines.
